Topics will include aspects such as: Familiarization with Astro 25 Portable/Mobile Customer Programming Software Familiarization with APX Family Customer Programming Software XTS/XTL/APX Template building and programming on the XTS/XTL/APX subscriber radios. Both classroom discussion and technical hands-on training is expected. Course Overview Astro 25 Portable/Mobile CPS and APX Family CPS (Customer Programming Software). The Central Region has coordinated with On Target Training and Consulting to offer a 3 Day Instructor-led workshop for Radio Programming XTL/XTS/APX model radios. Students attending training will be expected to bring a programming capable laptop with both APX Family CPS and Astro 25 Portable/Mobile CPS applications installed. Prerequisites: Paticipants registering for this course shall have an understanding of the ARMER radio system, basic characteristics of equipment operations and basic radio programming knowledge based on Motorola XTL/XTS/APX model radios.
